Regenerative farming is a method of agriculture focused on improving soil health, protecting natural resources, and creating a sustainable ecosystem. We use practices such as rotational grazing, composting, and responsible land management to improve the health of our farm over time.
Pasture-raised means our animals spend time outdoors on pasture where they can graze and express natural behaviors. We carefully rotate animals between fields to protect both the animals and the land.
No. We do not use growth hormones in any of our livestock.
No. We raise our animals without routine antibiotics and focus on providing healthy living conditions that support their natural well-being.
Yes. Our beef is raised on pasture and finished on grass. We do not use grain finishing methods.
Rotational grazing prevents overgrazing, allows fields to recover naturally, improves soil health, and distributes nutrients back into the land.
During the winter months, animals are moved off pasture to protect the fields from damage caused by wet soil conditions and hoof traffic.
Healthy pasture is essential for sustainable farming. Allowing fields time to recover helps maintain soil quality, encourages plant growth, and prevents erosion.
Our chickens are free-range and have access to pasture, but they also receive supplemental feed to meet their nutritional needs and maintain their health.
Yes. Our chickens have outdoor access and spend time on pasture while also receiving a balanced diet.
Our pigs are pasture-raised and receive carefully selected feed from a local supplier to support their health and growth.
No. We do not use pesticides or other unnecessary chemicals on our farm.
Composting allows us to recycle nutrients naturally. Manure is transformed into compost that enriches our fields and supports healthy soil.
Buying locally supports sustainable agriculture, strengthens the local economy, reduces transportation impacts, and gives consumers greater transparency about how their food is raised.
We focus on regenerative farming practices, rotational grazing, composting, responsible land stewardship, and minimizing environmental impact through sustainable management.
We prioritize animal welfare, soil health, environmental stewardship, and transparency. Our smaller scale allows us to closely monitor every aspect of our farming practices.
Animals raised on pasture often develop richer and more distinctive flavor profiles due to their natural diet and active lifestyle.
We provide clean living conditions, access to pasture, low-stress handling practices, and attentive daily care to ensure our animals remain healthy and comfortable.
We believe cattle thrive on their natural diet of grass and forage. Grass-finishing aligns with our farming philosophy and regenerative practices.

Once thawed, our meat products last 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
For the best results, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator prior to cooking. You can thaw meats and poultry in their packaging. For quick thawing, place vacuum sealed products in cold water for 30 to 45 minutes. We do not recommend using a microwave to thaw products because it will lose more natural juices; resulting in a final product that may be drier and less tender. Thaw foods in the microwave only if they will be cooked immediately.
Email [email protected] within 30 days of your order and we will replace product or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
